• You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use of the website by any other person.

Donations.

All donations to Divya Prem Sewa Mission are voluntary and non-refundable, save as expressly provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By making a donation, you confirm that the funds are from a lawful source and, where applicable, that you are eligible to make the donation under Indian law (including the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act for donors outside India).

Eligibility for tax exemption under section 80G of the Income Tax Act is limited to donors who are taxable in India and is subject to the conditions set out in that section.
